I'm struck by our capacity as human beings to find joy in the shear spontaneous movement of the body. Dancing, whether alone or together, structured and choreographed or spontaneous and playful seems inherently joyful and a celebration of life. Old or young, all races, colours and creeds. I started this theme in small 20x20cm canvases, but have begun to expand some of these ideas into larger canvases.
